Shipping Information

• Books & Cards: Dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.
• Pole Pants: Custom-made items, shipped within 10 working days of purchase.
• Pre-Order: Products will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail - Tracked, unless stated otherwise. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Times

• UK Shipping: Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive from being dispatched. 
• International Shipping: Delivery may take up to 30 working days. Customs processing may cause additional delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control. Use your tracking number to stay updated on your package's progress.

If the wrong shipping details were provided at checkout, we cannot change them after your order has shipped. We will wait for the order to be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend it.

Customs Fees

For orders shipped outside the UK, additional customs charges may apply. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.
